It evokes a silence and a mystery that draw one into a haze of reflection—like recalling a distant childhood and one’s family home: the place where daisies grew beneath the window, a path led into the woods, and towering pines stood guard at the forest’s edge; where laundry, washed by one’s grandmother, fluttered on the line like a flag, and an elderly neighbor’s car seemed ready to fall apart at the mere touch of an autumn breeze.

Litho-printing is a variable and unpredictable process, where each successive developed print differs from the last. Grain, spots, undifferentiated shadows, halos, and lost details.
